I have let this go for a long time, but it's getting really terrible. At this point I would rather drive past this location and go to the other side of town.. Service has gone WAY down hill. I usually get a frappe. I always ask...and pay for extra drizzle. Half the time they don't add the drizzle and I have to ask. Today I waited 10 minutes for one frappe, paid extra for extra drizzle and got next to nothing...however they did happen to get carmel ALL OVER the outside of the cup and decided it was fine to give me anyways . 🙄

I like to use the app to order, and have curbside pickup. Always been nice, humans make errors never a issues to make it right…However, they Should invest in a new ice cream machine, or a flashing sign that says it’s broke again. It’s a bummer when you take a carload of kids around the loop to get ice cream and there’s none… too often.

You can go through the drive thru on a motorbike but not an e bike that has a motor 🤔 curbside pickup in app never works. Water for paying customers only. No free water... Staff stands around expecting customers to use self serve kiosks which is poor customer relations. Overall dissatisfied experience. Also there is no more dollar menu and happy meal Tuesdays do not exist here anymore. Leave the arches to the camels and visit the KING!👑

Ordered a large vanilla shake and a medium chocolate shake, both w/fries, asked at window if right, one lg, one med, because they looked the same size, young kid very rudely said ya and motioned me to move on. Pulled ahead and looked at receipt, two med. shakes. Too hot to go in, 105 degrees but I will not be going to McDonald's in Ontario again. I had to work to earn my money!!!

The architectural design of this business is horrible! The building and drive thru are set up in such a manner that it just creates havoc and nothing more than a chaotic mess when trying to get in line at the drive thru, park to go inside, and especially worse is the inevitable game of inching out of your parking spot to try to leave since there's the drive thru line at a stand still behind all the parked cars with barely enough room to pull out in between drive thru orders ... If they're kind enough to let you out. Our luck had it that we only waited for 2 cars in the drive thru line as they lingered behind us, partially reversed, before the 3rd vehicle finally gave us the graciousness of flying the coop.,. The $1 Cokes are barely worth it but as you can see ... Nobody has McDonald's Coke soooooooooo we do what we gotta do sometimes. **Side Note They've always had the best flipping attitudes in all the workers that we've encountered here!! That's why I gave it a full 3rd star 🌟

I went through the drive up, I ordered an Egg McMuffin. I asked them to change the meat to regular bacon and add tomatoes. When I got my sandwich all that was on the bread was bacon & tomatoes. I parked & went in to get them to finish building it by putting the egg & cheese on. When I got back to my car I discovered they put an egg on it but still didn't put cheese on it! I had to go back in for cheese! It took 3 trips total for an Egg McMuffin! Then the girl at the counter had the audacity to call me rude! I'm glad that McDonalds is hiring the handicapped but I'm VERY glad I'll never have to visit this store again!
