Ihop

Food was fairly decent, unfortunately we were given food without napkins or silverware. We only saw our waitress Sharron 2 times and she walked to all other tables in her zone first before coming to us. Thank goodness Loretta stepped in like the badass she is and helped us. Our experience will be hopefully changed after a second visit. As I will be asking for Loretta to be my waiter next time.

IHOP was absolutely terrible. Not at all the fault of the staff. They we're very nice. It was the food quality. I ordered the roast turkey dinner and it was disgusting. It was not turkey breast at all but rather little chunks of greasy, fried turkey bits served over greasy fried dressing. Even the mashed potatoes tasted like pure lard. The gravy was so oily that it glistened in the light and tasted like the gravy you get in those cheap frozen Encore family dinners. I spoke with the manager and she was very kind to offer me something else so I decided a grilled chicken salad was my safest bet. Who could mess up that!?! IHOP. The grilled chicken tasted like it was injected with so much fat that it barely resembled chicken at all. I choked down about half of it because I didn't want to make a scene but I was literally nauseous the rest of the evening. I will not eat there again.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Our waitress was rude when we had problems with the food that we ordered. Not only was the food gross, but it was made incorrectly. The manager took everything off of our bill besides our drinks and an order of mozzarella sticks and the waitress didn't even come over and Apologize for our experience.

It was a comfortable place to grab a quick meal with my daughter but just didn't seem as welcoming as other times we've been. The server was plant just seemed not focused even though they weren't too busy. Food was pretty good other than needing to return my eggs for being cold & rubber tasting, they did get replaced. Just seemed like a cold and mildly unpleasant experience. Hopefully better next time.
