Buffalo Wild Wings

Server was awesome! Hostess could have shown more emotion and spoke up so we can hear him better. Wings were cooked perfectly but not enough sauce or seasoned. Honestly the worst flavorful wings I ever had. I had to scrape the plates for lemon pepper and the other wings to spread the sauce to my other wings.

My only problem I had with this place was the organization of how everything is placed and the hostess. I was former military and hr was my thing. And come to know rather military or civilian never ever should the hostess have their backs to customers very first coming in. Other than that the waitress myself and plus one was awesome and even helped make our tab a little less cheaper. The sauce for the chicken could been a little more. Not even sauce for the chicken. With inflation still no slacking in the kitchen.

We used to eat here about once a month (always takeout) but tonight was our first time ordering takeout this year due to increased prices but it was my daughter's birthday and this is her favorite and what she wanted. We've had small issues here and there in the past but no biggie, overall it's been good. I always expect cold fries when ordering takeout due to travel but all 40 of our wings (boneless and traditional) were cold and they had even less sauce than usual which is never much to begin with - my fiance said the traditional wings barely had any flavor. The boneless wings were tough, almost like jerky. Not what I expect when paying $50 for takeout. We shouldn't have to microwave and sauce our own wings and again, I fully expect my food to not be hot when I return home but I also don't expect the wings to be cold like they'd been sitting for some time either, especially when we had to wait on our order after we arrived. Increased prices and poor food quality seems to be about the new normal anywhere you go, I'm leaving 3 stars simply because we've had much better service in the past but I'm disappointed with the increase in price that the quality couldn't have sustained the same. Hoping tonight was just a bad night and the next time we order will be better although it won't be anytime even relatively soon.

I came in at 9:30 and waited 25 minutes to be seated…. Waitresses and waiters also a kitchen staff passed me as I stood at the please wait to be seated sign. Then a waitress was like “uh are you waiting to be seated” yes, yes I am. Then with the WORST attitude she yelled at the waiter to come seat me now. Yes I came alone this evening so we don’t know if there’s a minimum party and you can’t come sit alone and eat, but I HIGHLY doubt after this evening that I’ll be back. The attitude was absolutely ridiculous along with the eye rolls that I received. And I’ve been coming here or ordering take out from here loyally for the past 3 years. Such a disappointment

I am not someone to give bad reviews, especially to restaurants. I, who raised my kids on server$, get how bad the food industry is hurting right now. My first time at this location, I love bdubs. Their food is pricey, even before chicken pricey became ridiculous. It's a treat, for my large family, not a regular eating spot. Our wings were cooked nicely, but had no taste. We had Lemon pepper (which I don't think they remembered to put on) and medium Buffalo (which were barely tossed and lacked flavor). I ask for lemon pepper and Buffalo, which we were willing to put on ourselves, instead of sending bk costing them more money to remake. I was actually charged for that lemon pepper and the Buffalo, even though our server knew the problem and could clearly see was not made properly. On top of that, no one got a refill. I'm guessing because she knew she had done us wrong. Poor service, poor food. I paid the bill, with no fuss and still tipped our server decently, even though we weren't served decently. I'm not looking for any acknowledgement personally. I'm just hoping I help the next person know what they may get going here. Good luck bdubs. Wishing you a better crew and outcome.

I enjoy Bdubs, but my last experience wasn't very well. Took almost 15 mins just to get our drinks. Our fries were cold, once we got our food. My husband's burger was so greasy (but delicious),he couldn't eat without waiting for a worker to walk by, to ask for napkins. You would think napkins would be a given.

Server Lindsey at the bar is amazing and I only wish I could say the same of the food. Wings are HORRIBLE. Best way to describe is "Blubbery". When "Wings" are in your company name they should be at LEAST eatable...these are both not acceptable and way too expensive. They spent a lot of money to rebrand the look and not a penny on fixing WHY I'M THERE.
