Laspada's Original

Always loved LaSpadas but they really need to clean the place up inside and out. Still good food but to much pepper. The only thing I don't like is he the cook has a tin with already cooked steak. Went Sunday and they said open till 6 but at 5:30 close with a guy sitting in there, he would not look at me. He keep his back to me.

The first time I ordered from here the food was ok, ok enough for me to go back. Unfortunately we were extremely disappointed with the quality of food we received this time. The meat looked like beef out of a can, smelled strange and had a bad taste. They were nice enough to re cook my order but the smug attitude of the counter woman was uncalled for. The smart comment and eye roll as she turned back and said “well we haven’t had any complaints” was rude and uncalled for. It’s not even what you say it’s how you say it! From being born and raised in Philly and new Florida resident this was our first experience even having to put in a complaint on customer service. A smile and nice attitude is free and I promise it won’t hurt anyone!

I definitely recommend this place. It is a very small place with indoor and outdoor seating My husband and I both loved it. He got a hot dog and ff, I had the lasprada famous 10 inch sub. I had enough for two meals. Service was great considering that they were super busy. We ordered ours to go as we are camping just around the corner. The staff were really busy but we didn't have to wait long for our order and when we got home we were really happy with the food, it was amazing. We will definitely be going back for more.

I read some of these reviews and im not sure where some of you people went because The cheese steaks here are over stuffed with meat, and the cold subs are just as big, excellent true philly cheese steaks!!! The girl at the front was so helpful and told me to take my time looking at the menu, then took my order and was so sweet while doing so, then the guy with the fedora hat made my subs and even brought them out to us! It was only the two of them, they were so busy and still made sure we were well taken care of! Me and my family will definitely be back!

LaSpadas was recommended to me by my brother in law. A friend of mine and I were excited to try it so after a full day we stopped in on.our way back to the hotel. The instant we walked in the cashier and cook caught an attitude. The cashier very rudely asked if she could take our order even before we looked at the menu . And when we finally ordered the cook was slamming things around acting like we were a burden. The cashier then yells out "We are closed" and quickly turns the open sign off! Terrible experience and I won't go back or recommend to anyone. To top it all off everything was sub par! Very dissappointed! I want give my business to people that are happy to have me as a customer! GOOD Customer Service is Key!
