Mcdonald's

I am a constant daily customer at the Orange City location for breakfast and after school for the kids and weekends as well for those quick meals because who doesn't love McDonald's. Well lately I have been ordering larger fries because my kids are getting bigger, let's just say this isn't the first time I pay for 3 large fries and I get less than half of it. Feels like I am being robbed. Don't advertise Large fries if it's not actual large fries.

They are helpful and polite here. Just never seem to have enough help available. Most of workers are working for two it seems. But they get it done. If your looking for food or a job I would check with them. They have jobs for many different positions and ages. And they all yeild a paycheck. Just saying. Good people here make it good, more good people could make it great.

The staff at this McDonald’s has a combined IQ of 9. I’m guessing the job requirement for this restaurant is that they have a pulse and whether they know how to form proper sentences or not is irrelevant. I actually hope my tax money goes towards their unemployment one day so that I can safely drive through and get my daughters order made correctly.

We stopped today to get 2 Burrito meals at 9:55 AM at the Orange City FL location. They had us pull up and wait for our meals. When we got home which is less than 5 minutes from the restaurant and opened the bag I was disgusted. All 4 burritos were flat, hard and had next to nothing in them. I’m still trying to figure out why I had to wait to get what seemed like day old food. I tried calling the store for an hour but it was constantly busy. Maybe no one else got edible food either. Considering how much they have raised their prices I would expect to get food that I don’t have to throw in the trash. If I could give NO stars I would. I will not be visiting this restaurant again. It’s too expensive to not be edible and toss out

The kiosks are not user friendly. It took us forever to put in our order and when we decided to pay cash everything stalled out. We waited at the counter for someone to acknowledge us and when someone did acknowledge us we were told all hands on deck we're taking care of the drive-thru. Took us a good 20 minutes to get acknowledgment of our order pay and get our order. It would have been quicker to go through the drive-thru but we did not want to eat in our car. Next time I will choose Burger King

So, I was really unhappy with this order. I used the app and was going to use the drive through. I decided to go in because the line was so long. The inside of the store smelled unclean. Worse than the bathrooms. I ordered French fries and I know they go right from the freezer into boiling oil so I got them anyway. I went to get catsup from the despenser and there were tiny roaches crawling on the despenser nozzle. 🤮 I didn't eat the fries and will not go back to that McDonald's again.

There were too many cars in the drive-thru so I went inside to order. Three of the kiosks were slow to accept entries and could not complete the order. There was no one present at the registers to take orders. Several customers tried to use the kiosks and were also waiting for a cashier. I decided to leave and have lunch elsewhere. I'm not in that area often but will not consider stopping there when I am working in the area.
