Ice Cream Fundaes

We used to LOVE this place as it was the only place in town that offered dairy free ice cream. Found out today that they no longer carry any dairy free ice cream options (other than Italian ice) as it was “too expensive”. I would of happily paid more for my scoop if it meant they would continue to carry dairy free options. I wish shops would consider having options for those with dietary restrictions, even if that means you charge customers a little more for it.

We found this place in town after hiking at Blue Springs all day. Didn't seem like much from the outside, but it was fun and cute as could be on the inside. They have board games, checkers, and the little triangle brain teaser games all through the shop. The ice cream is hand dipped and not soft serve, so it was a complete score. Great vibe!

I visited here with my 2 teenagers and their ice cream is delicious! After eating here, I didn't have that full heavy feeling that I get with most ice cream shops. I got their coconut ice cream and their German chocolate ice cream. Both were fabulous and surprisingly light! Good prices and definitely a nice little spot to stop in and cool down from the warm weather. Their bathroom was very clean and had a nice little shelf to place your cell phone on while using the porcelain pot. LOL I have returned twice since my first visit 2 weeks ago. I believe that this spot will be my weekly retreat for a sweet treat!
