"They put the large in fries" -Peter Szewczyk While they aren't allowing inside seating for obvious reasons, they're well-staffed, efficient, and ready to take both online and at the counter orders quickly. Their burgers are juicy, the fries divine, and everyone we interacted with there was pleasant. While it's not the cheapest meal, it's well worth the money for how much food they can pack into one bag. Also, the dude who gave me my food last night had a really attractive eyebrow piercing, in case anyone can show him this.

First of all I gotta say five guys is my favorite burger joint. The one in Chicago ridge mall is amazing everytime I go there. But the location in Orland Park was horrible. The second I walked in it was very smoky, cold, and the music was so loud you had to yell to the cashier. All I got was a bacon cheeseburger and it took about 20 minutes to get it. The cheese wasn't melted, everything was falling off the bun was extremely soggy and was about 3 little pieces of bacon on there. Avoid this location if u can.

I was disappointed to open my bad and my fries 🍟 were thrown into the bag. I was also surprised that the cashier couldn't count and didn't give me the correct change. I was the only person in line so it wasn't a case of rushing to take the next order. Some of the people who work there don't respond when you greet them and I think it's shameful. I don't think I'll ever eat there again. The fries were very greasy they should be drained better.

Five Guys is an amazing restaurant. The quality of the business as a whole was award worthy during my visit to this location. The restaurant was very clean. Everything was situated very neatly. The employees were very polite and helpful. The environment was bright professional. The menus were clear as to what the varieties were for you to order. The quality of the food stood above most that I've had in quite some time. My burger was just downright delicious. I am whatcyou can call "A Fry Guy" and these french fries tasted like they were freshly cut and homemade. They were definitely cooked fresh aftercmy order was placed andcthey came from real potatoes and not some processed food facilities basement.

Service was a little blah. Some man came from the back not wearing a mask or gloves which made me a little uncomfortable. He could've been in an office not sure just didn't feel right especially since he didn't readily leave but instead stopped to have a conversation with one of the people behind the counter.
