Cold Stone Creamery

So my lady, my son & I decided to come to this Cold Stone for ice cream which was good & took 2 minutes to prep (got this time duration from the clerk herself). What got me was the clerk asked that I wait outside even with a mask on until my order was ready. While I sat outside eating in the car a woman of different ethnicity came in & made a order & was allowed to wait inside for her order. All I want to know is what makes me so different that I had to wait outside for an order that’ll take 2min while this other woman was allowed to wait inside.

Very clean location. Parking spaces designated for Cold Stone customers. Definitely a spot to go if you have a sweet tooth or want some dessert after dinner. We enjoyed the "Dough-lightful peanut butter" selection which was very delicious. I ate mine in a waffle cup with chocolate on the rim. Also was very good.

They had most of the place blocked off so I couldn't see the menu. The guy behind the register told me there was a menu right behind me at the very corner of the shop, after he watched me trying to read the one behind him for over three minutes. I really didn't appreciate that. I was pleased with my order, however.

If you blink, you'll miss this location! Everytime we try to come here we miss the entrance lol but once you're here is well worth it! Employees are friendly and the inside is super clean. They also have 2 Cold Stone Customer Parking spots right in front of the entrance! Very good stock in cakes for quick pickup too 👌🏼

As much as I love Cold Stone Ice cream, I really hate to go to this location. The owner (possibly manager) has poor customer service skills. He as never provided customer service with a smile and in fact he always manages to be somewhat rude. He clearly, micromanages his staff, as if he's afraid they will actually make the scoops look like the images on the wall. I felt so bad for the young lady who was attempting to serve me. It was obvious she was unhappy working under his supervision, so I left a tip and told her to keep her head up.

The best cold stone in the area . Good Ice cream and fresh cakes . Polite& friendly staff and quick clean service.very well managed. We used to come this cold stone of orland park since I was a child and still the same amazing taste and wonderful experience with new flavors every month or two . I have been to different cold stone but this one in orland park is better in my opinion. I highly recommend and will always be there customer.

I Love cold stone of orland park. Would give 10 stars if i could. Clean location and lot of parking spaces. MO is very welcoming and helpful guy who helped me in placing my cake order online . And he answered all my questions with ease. I had an issue with an order before and he handled it professionally with no questions asked. . i always have a lovely experience at cold stone every time. Store is clean and staff work safely during covid-19. Ice cream is truely amazing . i love the birthday cake remix ..its my favorite . Thank you again and keep up the good work .
