Cinnabon

I was extremely disappointed in my purchase today. There was three people waiting for fresh Cinnabon’s to come out of the oven. I asked the girl for a 4 count box and 2 smaller ones. It was $25.99. The 4 pack and minis were dry, hard and dark. The employee was was not happy when I told her I wanted a 4 count box and ran a box to me from the back of the store. They were not good at all. I would like to hear from the manager or owner of this store. Not to mention, I drove 12 miles to go there and only purchase these for my family. I did not know how they were till I was home.

I think the newer staff is very nice, and I'm guessing a much needed management change happened within the last year or so (I had some not so great experiences at this location a couple of years ago). Got the classic Cinnabon roll, and it was even fresh out of the oven! It was awesome! Definitely will be back again soon!

If you don’t like your job find a new one where you don’t talk to the public. My friend asked for a certain item on the menu. The young girl rolled her eyes. She made it, threw it to the sweet and nice cashier, and said I’m not making no more, don’t ask. Ask me patiently waited for our other items she continued to look at us with a evil face as if that was suppose to scare us😂 unprofessional

We asked for a refund because 2 of the 3 young ladies kept picking up their phones. The one that had her phone the most was the one that was frosting the cinnamon rolls. While I was in there another lady walked up for a refund because each thing she tried the quality was bad. There was one of the young ladies that told them that they should put their phones down.
