Hello: I am writing in hopes  of contacting someone regarding your store located: 118 Orland Park Pl, Orland Park, IL 60462. An Associate  was very disrespectful named Chadon on August  26 2020. I walked into the store to enjoy some frozen yogurt after a long day at the hospital receiving Chemo treatment. Upon walking in the door, Chadon yelled..." Use gloves and Sanitizer" I said 👍  and proceeded to get a cup for my yogurt. I put some yogurt in a cup and tasted it. Chadon had two customers  in front of her, but yelled " No taste testing! " in an irritated  tone. I said, I didn't know.  She begin to go back and forth with me and I said I didnt want to argue. ( I didnt feel well)She continued to talk and said " I can get out." The customers in front of her looked appalled. I asked for the Manager. She said that she was the Manager. Upon further investigation, She finally  told me to call Michelle the owner  on Monday. . I left the store and Chadon was still yelling in front of customers  as I walked out. I called On Monday at 12:40p.m. and was told by Associate that Michelle was not there and she didnt know when she was coming into the store again. I have never experienced such disrespectful behavoir in a public place. I've  read the reviews on that store and other people  have experienced  similar treatment. I have warned all my clients and friends about that store. It puts a bitter taste in all of our mouths. I do hope this issue is addressed.

I was there today with my daughter and granddaughters,the girl was very rude and nasty even I did whatever she told me to do she was picking on me on every single move I did she told me to change spoon every single time if I picked something, finally I said I did i feel like i wasn't her customers and my skin was light. I didn't want to argue with her but she was very nasty and she told me to leave the store in front of my grandchildren, and I felt like I was nobody for her(I'm 62).We go there very often and I never had any problems, but today was much different. Very disappointed and unhappy. PEOPLE like that should not work in happy places like that.

This place is like TCBY but in my opinion, it's a bit more expensive. This cup costs me almost $10!!! They have many strange flavors I never knew of, but I'm not willing to try. So I just stick to chocolate Nutella yogurt. They have many toppings and delicious syrups for you to put on though 👍 The place is cute and clean. Love that they have outdoors seating for the summer weather.
