Dunkin' Donuts

The Donuts and Coffee are great, but the customer service is very poor. They have messed up my order numerous times. One day, I was surprised that they messed up my order when I was the only customer there. Another time, they gave me someone else's order and I said, "Ma'am this is not my order." She screamed, "Yes it is! That's your order!" Then she repeated the order to me. I said, "That's not my order." And she screamed again, "Yes it is!" I ended up having to ask for a manager while there was a huge line behind me. It was taken care of, but that is a terrible way of treating the customer.

WORST SERVICES EVER! Rude employees! Don’t care about there customers, me and the family went out to get donuts, wish we didn’t because the donuts were stale and dried and when we wanted to return it they wouldn’t let us until we told them we are calling cooperate and that’s when they refunded are money! I rather spend my money somewhere else and enjoy my food!

Worst Dunkin ever. Instead of making your drink correctly when ordering in person or through the mobile app they blatantly still make it wrong if you asked for something specific like an extra pump of flavor or sugar etc... instead of asking you to pay extra because they are a franchise like most they will just provide the normal drink and expect no complaint. When I returned and asked them to make new drinks they refused to make brand new drinks and only wanted to try and fix the existing drink. After complaining to the employee and manager (both rude and not customer service friendly) they only offered to replace one by paying a 55 cent charge. If they just would tell you upfront that it cost extra and then they will make it right there would be no issue.

Doesn't even deserve one star would prefer to give it zero! Terrible location! I asked for the 2 for $5 croissant sandwich special without the bacon and the woman said no and I explained to her other locations have done it and she said "not this location" in a rather indignant tone. I strongly suggest going elsewhere there are many more other choices for coffee and sandwiches then this awful location. The manager owner it does not know the value of good customer service. They've lost a sale as well as a customer. What an awful experience!
