Sbarro

there was black stuff on the button on my pizza crust. i think it was from the oven because they jus put they pizza to warm back up in there with nothing covering the bottom. the pizza was good but the crust was a turn off so i barely ate it. SBARRO PLEASE PUT SOMETHING AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PIZZA BEFORE PUTTING IT IN THE OVEN!

So I came in from out of town and had a taste for the buttery bread sticks when I got to the counter the employer Becky was so rude to me and very unprofessional so I asked to speak to a manger so another employer by the name of Robert came out hollering at me defending her and saying he was going to call the police for no apparent reason, I was shocked and scared at the same time not sure if they were having a bad day but I didn’t deserve that behavior from these two working so at this point I would never go to that sbarros again

***UPDATE*** Corporate and store manager Haley reached out to me after my review. Offered to feed my family whatever we wanted for free, sincere apologies, and disciplined the employee. Appreciate the situation being handled. Thank you (7/29/2018) Unprofessional. The guy glasses was nice at first but then when I asked for water cups, he went looking for more I guess but was YELLING the F word. I had my kids right there!? And other young preteens and families as well. He also never gave me my receipt and told me I can call the 800 number and get my money back and walked away. I called the number and emailed them to tell them about the employee as well as getting my money back but all the number does it send u to a voicemail. No call backs or email replies. Sbarro in general is a joke. Negative stars if I could. (Written 7/15/2018)
