I was trying to order using their drive through and I repeated my order 4 times and she couldn’t get my order. I went to the window and she still saying you don’t know how to order rather than trying to understand. What a customer service....
I went to DD ON 171/80 and they took the same order quickly with no problems.

Double charged for two iced coffees, refused to give me a refund. I was on my way to work (nurse) so I didn't have time to sit there and argue. The lady told me to come back tomorrow. It is the principle that she refused to give me the refund and sat there and argued with me and the other worker. I won't be coming back to this location and corporate will be getting a call. 0 stars, very disappointed.

This location is well below average.... they take forever to take your order and even longer to prepare it.. . They mess up orders on a regular basis then ask for your receipt to make sure they charge you correctly. The staff blame each other and seem to not care.... everyone needs training
