Red Ribbon Gourmet

Came here with a friend and we a decent experience. She felt that , The meal was OK, the service wasn’t all that great. I felt like the manager was being a little biased by not checking on us but checking on every other table. I felt similar vibes as her , it wasn’t the worst service but it can definitely be improved. But they are following proper Covid precautions. By throwing away menus after each customer, wearing masks above nose, and they have registers at each table for customers to check out themselves after eating.

I've been to several Red Robin locations but this one was excellent and handling to-go orders during the pandemic very well. After ordering my food online I got to Red Robin pretty much on time and waited about less than 5 minutes for my order to be retrieved. The hostess upfront was very friendly and very VERY hardworking. She probably needed help but she was doing very well on her own among answering the phone for orders and catering to those for pick up orders. When we received our food it was delicious! Great experience. I'll be back very soon.

I guess going to a restaurant at 7pm was just too much for the staff to hack, the attitudes displayed by staff were unsettling to say the least, especially by the manager when I enquired about discounted rates for veterans, she acted as if I asked the wrong question, then her answer was, we discontinued that practice here in store, but if you have the rewards app I can apply it there. Then to top it off the fries were cold and only 1 out of 8 burgers was suppose to have a little pink in it, yet we got 6 damn near medium rare burgers, needless to say I will have to try them again at another location, maybe.

This Red Robins location is relatively new. We have been to this location several times. Each time we have had a great experience. Starting with the service, all of our waiters and waitresses have been hospitable. The food is always hot and delicious. The menu has a variety of burgers, which entices us to try different ones every time. The prices are very reasonable and the bottomless fries are an added bonus. They also have a 21 and over side of the restaurant just in case you don't want to sit at tables near children. It has a very relaxed atmosphere with low lighting and captivating pictures.

I usually don't write reviews on places, and usually I like this one, but... this is one of the worst restaurant experiences since this pandemic started that I've had... I'm currently sitting here, right now. The service is pretty rude and seems to want to rush the customers this evening.., and for how few people are in here, they act like no one knows what they're doing. Just randomly received refills on drinks, which was not asked for because I JUST got a refill, which took a long time to recieve. My friends food came out cold, lukewarm at best, and mine didn't even come out at all.. They comped us with soggy fries. Keep in mind we have been sitting here for a long time at this point. Long enough to make any bit of appetite go away.. I'm not going to recommend this location this to anyone anymore. A year ago, everything was pretty much on point and I would have..
