THEY'RE BACK!!!
The store is open again. I am so happy to be able to get my Java closer to home. I see they are practicing COVID-19 guidelines more closely this time. No occupants sitting around and no tables available for sitting. Stay safe.

I always have the worst experience with the employees working there. They always correct me when/if I say something wrong. I can’t even say that they all do it, because the girl that always does it is KP I believe (based off of her name tag). Not only have I had a problem with her, but so has two other people I know. When I recognize her voice through the microphone I automatically know that I am going to have a hard time ordering with her because she always has a problem with anything I tell her. One time I ordered a strawberry refresher with lemonade and she hands it to me without lemonade in it (I could tell by the color). I then kindly confronted her about it and she immediately got very defensive insisting that it did have lemonade in it. I ended up giving the drink away because it didn’t have lemonade in it. As for the actual drinks that they serve, they’re amazing. I really appreciate all of the other nice employees there except her. That’s the reason that I am giving a 4 star rating...because everything is so wonderful about that starbucks except her.

As long as you know what you are getting, the drive through is the place to order. If you are not confident in your order, it most likely will not be made how you want it.
To look for something new, go inside and ask the employees for some help in deciding. Better to not hold up the DT lines for the caffeine addicted people plowing through, it keeps everyone happy!

Disappointed in this Starbucks. This is the second time I have ordered a Venti and this is how it comes. I dont expect my drink to be filled exactly to the rim however half way is unacceptable.

Usually when I come here, I have a great experience and they always get my order right. But tonight I encountered the most disgusting customer service, I’ve ever seen. I wasn’t close to the drive thru window so I told her to bring the machine- that you put your card in. Closer to my car, however she didn’t understand and she thought I told her to take the card herself which isn’t allowed because of COVID. She then gave me the dirtiest look and was giving me a bad attitude. She got my drink and gave it to me, I then confronted her about the attitude kindly, and she proceeded to say “what?!” “I didn’t roll my eyes!” When we clearly saw her do it. When I was driving away she then started rolling her eyes and gave us the dirtiest look. Her name was Katelyn, Starbucks should really make sure their hiring people who actually enjoy their job and not give the customers attitude.
