The Shore Club

A Seafood & Steak restaurant that is located by the byward market in Ottawa city attached to the Westin Hotel I would highly recommend that you make a reservation before going since it get busy later the night. it has a large variety of appetizers, share dishes, main courses and wine list. if your on certain that if you would like the wine that you ordering, you may request to try it out before ordering if it is available. At least my way staff offered me try it and I avoided ordering a wine that I would not like. The menu seems to be updated quite often since it is not the same as the ones I saw on Open Table reservation system platform my waitress Mika was very helpful and friendly. She enhanced my experience in the restaurant with her great service which result in a spectacular evening for my first night in the city of Ottawa.

Very good service, welcoming and warm staff. I didn't expect to be so full. the salad was good, I also received a nice piece of salmon with a crispy skin and it was delicious. Usually I don't eat the skin, because I don't like it, but it made me change my mind. On the other hand, I would have liked to have a sauce, because even if the salmon was juicy I found that it lacked a little flavor. For dessert, I took a crème brûlée. very generous portions. I loved it

A huge thank you to the shore club for hosting us. From the automated reservation texts to the atmosphere, everything was to perfection. The service was just right; thanks to Chad and his patience! The seafood platter was to die for. I’m still think about it. It was bountiful and so fresh. Worth every cent. It truly was the cherry to top my Ottawa visit.

Had my Birthday dinner here with friends. They served few refreshments in between & Sangria was my fav in that. Food was delicious & serving was excellent. They had nice choice of wine & champagne. Appetisers had multiple options of sea food & steak. They had their signature dishes listed separately. Dessert was a compliment. I liked to have the flaming dessert but they currently don’t have it served. Went with coconut cream dessert & it was delicious. Car parking can be hectic & we chose to park in Nordstrom Parking which is just opposite to this restaurant.
