Red Lobster

The service provided by our waitress Marla was great! She was super attentive and was there whenever we needed her. The food was Ok at best. Lobster bisque was salty and the meals were ok. My parents love this place so we just go for them. Personally I wouldn’t go there when there are so many other great seafood places in Ottawa

What an amazing service was given by the staff. I was I. and out of the capital today and needed to grab lunch and since we don't have Red lobster in Québec anymore and I haven't been here since the start of the pandemic I figured I would come and have a quick bite to eat. I arrived just at the start of lunch. The staff sat me promptly and took my order quickly. food was very fresh and hot and the peach lemonade was just the right amount of tart and sweet.

Nothing special. The service is good, the price is moderate but the food was nothing special. I will probably not go back. EDIT: Thank you very much for responding. I appreciate that very much. There was nothing wrong with my visit and you didn't let me down. But the experience as a whole was only average, the food was not scrumptious, I didn't feel like I wanted to come back for more so, I wouldn't be honest with you if I gave you 4 or 5 stars. Just that.

Some friends and I made a visit here last night, the food was amazing but our waitress Karen was not pleasant. After taking our orders she never came back to our table to check on us. We had empty cups of water and we wanted refills but it was impossible to get her attention. She brought us the biscuits while bringing our meals instead of before. She forgot the sauces that came with our meals and said she’ll be right back with them but she never came back. Really monotone voice, made it seem like this is the last place she wanted to be. Overall not a nice experience. We still tipped her but honestly it was not deserved
