Meatings Barbecue

First time trying Meatings and thought the food was fantastic. Nicely tender smoked meats. Pulled pork was juicy still and the brisket was nicely seasoned and mid fatty without being salty. Nice deck out front to sit and eat. Went on a weeknight and it wasn't busy so plenty of space to relax. Good canned beer selection as well!

Amazing food & superb service as always. The only two knocks for me were the beer tap availability and the lack of indoor seating. They say they have beers on tap but they only had 1 “tap” (more of a redneck tap - cooler with hose and pour spout) and that tap wasn’t working. Won’t stop me from going back though as the food is by far the main attraction!! :)

Amazing bbq food and generous portions! The owner is very personable. The location is a bit difficult to find, it's off of a quiet road at the back of the building. The inside seating was very limited, but I heard they've recently expanded that. Based on my experience last time, I would do take out here rather than dine in.

We have been enjoying Meatings BBQ for a couple of years now, and when it came time to plan our backyard wedding there was no doubt that we would have Meatings cater it and that our guests would be treated to an amazing meal. Matt and his staff are friendly and courteous, and go out of their way to provide top notch service. Lydia, their wedding coordinator, was patient and kind, especially while we made frequent changes due to the pandemic, and she always made time to answer any questions we had. The food was delicious and our guests have not stopped talking about it - we would give them 10 stars if we could! Thank you so much for being a part of our wedding and going above and beyond for us. We will continue to highly recommend Meatings.

Meatings catered our private event last night and I have to say, it was a truly incredible experience. The only thing better than the quality of the food, was the quality of the whole Meatings team who made sure that every person there had a tremendous meal. I mean where else can you get A5 Waygu tartar, Iberico pork, waygu beef brisket, and so many other insane dishes all in the span of one evening. Either hire Meatings, or go visit them on the east end. You won’t regret it!
