Great customer service that's very fast too. This location sees a ton of traffic and they handle it with ease. By far the best bagel in Ottawa, I wish I knew where they get it from so I can let my wife try it. There's also a good variety of sandwiches and soups. The chickpea curry is amazing.

Great spot to eat lunch. I have been eating their chicken pad thai dish for 6 years and still cant get enough. Service is wonderful and every employee is very pleasant. Overall a great and speedy experience.

Delish!! Soo lucky to work nearby, food is fresh, healthy and delicious AND really reasonably priced. Perfect little takeaway spot for breakfast and lunch, with tons of vegetarian and gluten free options if that's your thing.

It's a maze underground, but if you go in through the silver arch that says "PLACE DE VILLE" and go down the stairs it's exactly there. Skip Starbucks and go here for a fantastic local experience.

Awesome lunch spot on a budget. Truly a hidden gem in downtown Ottawa that is going to get more exposure when LRT opens.

Horrible customer service. The staff completely ignored my order, proceeded to take the order of businessmen standing behind me and I had to wait in line extra time. Apparently, if you are young and female, your money is not as good as other customers.

Business lunch place with live entertainment on fridays at noon. Beautiful music with Ramon Flores.

Super delicious food and coffee, and the owner is a genuinely great guy!
