I stopped here for a late takeout and ordered the filet mignon kabob. The service was excellent while I waited for the food and after I added a baklava to my order, the man behind the counter gave me one of the chef's created desert to taste. I have to say, the food was excellent. The price was really reasonable. Me and my wife really loved the new desert. I highly recommend this restaurant and will come back on our next visit to Ottawa.

This place is amazing! The food has to be some of the best I've ever had in Ottawa! I've tried all their kababs and stews and they're all fantastic! The owner is usually there too and he's always nice and helpful with any questions you might have about the food. The waiters/waitresses are always very helpful and nice as well. The décor is also very nice and they have some of the nicest/cleanest washrooms in the city. Did I mention this place serves Starbucks coffee? Once you try the baklava and the Persian tea, you'll want to come to this place everyday.

Came because it was highly rated, left very disappointed. I should preface this review by saying that I don't have high standards for restaurants, nor for Persian food (though I am very well aquainted with it). I ordered the chicken kebab. Received 6 small pieces of chicken and a massive mound of rice. It also came with a soup; I am allergic to the main ingredient in the soup, and they would not let me substitute it for something else of lesser value on the menu--I have never experienced such a lack of understanding for my food allergies. Spent the majority of my visit with an empty cup of water and had to ask multiple times to get it refilled. Maybe I ordered one of the not so good options, maybe I came at a time when the service was not so good, but I certainly will not be returning, and I would advise all to explore other options for Persian food.

Wow very good food. Ordered the beef and chicken thigh with basmati rice. Very savoury flavours and friendly service. I would strongly recommend this restaurant if you're looking for 'clean' food. Oh yea and forgot to mention the very nice decor and atmosphere inside. It was a huge plus that they serve Starbucks coffee too. I love Starbucks coffee haha
