Vittoria In The Village

I am so disappointed in this salad. $14 and it's no larger than a small side salad. Also the "mixed greens" are romaine, butter lettuce and a tiny bit of radicchio - a weak effort. I called the restaurant to lodge my complaint, but because it was a delivery there is nothing the manager could do. She didn't even ask for my contact info to make it better in the future. Ridiculous customer service and over priced food. I will not be ordering from here again.

food, service, decor: the whole package We had calamari to start, lightly battered and tender, which went well with the salad from the special. Next, the special (fettuccini and a salad) and Alla Sophia (spaghetti and pancetta): nicely done pasta and tasty sauces. Shared the zucotta, and a good thing as it was enormous. Try the Ripasso; it was excellent. Jenna was welcoming and attentive and remembered dietary restrictions.

Excellent service at this restaurant (there are 3 but the one in the market is closed for renos) one of the Vittoria trattorias. Food, different pastas and veal dishes,served hot.. Very good use of space so we don't feel too closed in. Make time to find parking on the street but there is also paid parking behind the restaurant for $5 /evening.

Excellent Italian food! I really enjoyed the smoked salmon dish that I ate! It was rich and flavourful. Be prepared to pay at this place. No main course was less than 20$. The waitress we had was very nice and attentive. The place is also quite small so you will probably have to get there early to not wait in line. I would definitely go back.
