Simply the best!
Had a great experience here last night, with host Lorenzo being just amazing.
Great menu, pizza just delicious.
Yummy cocktails and good wine list too.
Overall a wonderful experience.

Pandemic and patio dining. I give Il Vicolo a 5 star for accommodating my dietary restrictions. No dairy - they are a pizza place. I had a delicious mixed green salad, with chicken. The only screw up was I asked for real cherry tomatoes and the cook put on sun dried tomatoes and I had to pick them off. The wait staff very nicely brought me out a dish of halved cherry tomatoes without my asking. They did not have cucumbers so subbed with mushrooms. Yummy! It is a pandemic after all and everything is just....weird.....anyways. Happy to be out and happy to be in Ottawa. Business is good.

It's a hole in the wall, but the pizza is fresh and the patio area is nice. They also have vegan and gluten free options.

Menus are through QR code which is very convenient, service was very polite and always asking to help, the pizzas are okay but very over priced. The got one of our orders wrong but quickly apologized and immediately made us a new one, and for the night, I believe everything was going to charity.

Excellent service and great atmosphere! Interesting layout for a restaurant but I like it! My friends and I tried different pizzas and all were delicious and freshly made. Definitely worth checking out for the special.

Seriously impressed with the pizza especially at the no catch tuesdays price ($10)! I had the carne and my friends ordered vegetarian and also the carne. They were so delicious and generous with the toppings. Vegan cheese and gluten free crust are also at no extra charge.
The staff are very friendly and attentive although it was kind of weird how the washroom was in the other building and you have to go upstairs. It’s no big deal, but you do have to go outside to get to the other building.
There’s free wifi and adequate seating spaces. What’s not to love about this place?

Delicious drinks and pizza. Highly recommend! Served very quickly on an early Sunday evening and were in and out in less than 45 minutes!

Went here for a corporate team outing and the private lounge was super cozy and fun. Very friendly fast service and I loved the pizza!! Best wood-fired pizza in Ottawa! Cant wait to go back!
