Starbucks Reserve

Try something new here - the staff are passionate about coffee and will help you find a drink for you. Branch out and try a new brew, you won't regret it. The building is drastically different than the typical Starbucks as it's in one of Ottawa's historical buildings. My super friendly barista told me all the wood used for chairs, tables, and shelving was locally sourced in Ontario. I will definitely be back for more from here.

Used to be a regular at this Starbucks before the pandemic! This location of Starbucks is a great example to what all other cafes should be like. It has a great location and is perfect for all ages to have a coffee, chat or even read books. One of the best Starbucks' we have in the city by far. The staff is very respectful and informative when you come in asking for items on the menu. The cafe has a beautiful interior and is almost always kept clean and tidy. Only downside would be how busy it gets and sometimes there would be no seats availabe but that is a compliment to the cafe. Would recommend everyone in Ottawa or visiting to come by this Starbucks.

Very patient and attentive staff. Beautiful and clean shop. Chai latte was as usual amazing. Fast WiFi and plenty of options to enjoy your time. I wish they had instant coffee at this shop. Do visit to relax 😊 and creative even for a short visit, it is worth spending some time over a warm cup of coffee.
