The food was good! I would have given 5 stars if it weren't for a very slow service. I wasn't sure if they were missing some employees because it was a holiday when we dined in but we didn't get our food in a reasonable time. We had to wait 45 minutes and the second order of drinks came after we finished our food. We also had to wait long to pay because the server didn't bring the debit machine right away. On the other hand, the food was good. My daughter and I ordered Brisket Melt Sandwich with fries and we liked it. It was flavourful and the meat was so tender. Love their fries. My husband ordered the Pineapple Jerk Chicken Sandwich which he also liked. All in all it was a good food experience but not good service experience.

Fantastic service. Came here for a work lunch before Christmas with a group of 10 and we received such great, friendly service. Food was delicious (especially the buffalo cauliflower wrap). During COVID I always expect delays but the team at this restaurant delivered great service to several large parties. But here is why they deserve a 5 star review. Everyone started receiving their orders and mine came at the very end with a super small portion of fries. My server explained that they had just ran out of fries and that more would be coming soon but that they didn't want me to wait while everyone else ate so they brought me my wrap with everyone else. Then maybe 4 minutes later they came with a VERY generous portion of hot fresh fries. Amazing. Honestly, it might sound silly, but it felt like such a considerate and thoughtful move and I was really blown away.

Met there with a friend with a purpose of making this location our primary spot for meetings! It’s a beautiful place with safely spaced tables and great atmosphere! The first girl who sat me was nice but we had a different girl serving us whom also took care of the bar. Not only she wouldn’t come to ask for our order but after I walked to her twice and my friend raising his hand and asking her to come she kept ignoring! When she finally brought my glass of wine she literally hit it on the table and left! We are calm and educated people and did not expect such rudeness! Took more than an hour and half for our drinks and food to come! By the time it did, I had completely lost my appetite! This girl is definitely not meant to work in service industry. I left her the tip but I’m not happy I did! Sadly, the other two girls working were engaged in a very long conversation and definitely did not care about their responsibilities! I have always enjoyed this place and am saddened to see the service declining so horribly. EDIT: Went there another night, it was a few of us! The gentleman who greeted us at the door and the tall young man who served us were absolutely awesome! Comfortably attentive, personable and polite! Thank you!

Its the older crowd version of its younger siblings in the market. The bouncers are extremely aggressive at this location. Beautiful decor and setting with live music. The bartenders will ignore you but are quick to get your drink when they finally get around to getting your order. One of the very few places that make a good crown float.

Party of 8 went for lunch on this lovely sunny day. Very slow service we felt forgotten. One person in the Party couldn't wait and left. Really we should have all left. The food for most was good by the time we got it. My strawberry salad was a disgrace. I picked at it but should have sent it back. There goes my $19.

Very busy, short of staff. We were shoved in a corner, just inside the front entrance, and forgotten about. On the opposite site of the window, we watched a bum play with a pile of butts at a table. It was turning our stomachs. It took 40 minutes to get a drink/meal order done. Waited 55 minutes for food, barely warm. Asked for ketchup and more drinks. They came with the bill, when our food was done. Will not go back.
