Big Smoke Burger

Paid nearly 20 dollars and waited nearly 15 minutes on my lunch break for an awful burger, and half a poutine, as i asked the employee if they are not allowed to fill the container to the proper amount i got a shrug and told to have a nice day. Awful customer service and WILL never buy food from here again and warn everyone i know and work with in the mall to not eat here again. Very disappointed with my first and last visit to this location.

I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches I paid $ 27 something. Not even worth a penny. I waited nearly 20 minutes my 2 sandwiches was not ready. The picture looked like breaded chicken and when I got it, it was just a piece of chicken with no seasoning not cooked properly and it taste horrible. After 20 mint of eating I got sick. I will never buy anything from there. customer service was good but the food was horrible. For that money I wasted there I could of get a combo for 2 people other places. Very expensive for what you get.

Tried this place for the first time today and had their signature burger. It was pretty good considering its fast food but it's definitely on the pricey side. Quality is similar or a small step up from A&W. I'd recommend it if you're downtown and craving a burger. Skip the regular fries though and maybe get the sweet potato ones.
