Just wanted to thank Tristan (hope I have name right) who was in store yesterday at Landsdowne. He was fabulous at helping my hubby selecting chocolates, helping him with his Groupon. He provided excellent service and helped over the phone. This is what customer service is all about. Bonus that I’ve got my supply stocked. Best store ever ❤️

They have hot chocolate now :) and it's pretty good. They give out free samples, there's always something on sale... One day I'll spring for the 100 truffle bag.

Very friendly staff. Their mochas are my favorite. Best lindt location in Ottawa.

Staff is very friendly. They answer your questions quickly and professionally. They aren't too strict on sampling the products, especially if you're buying a large pack. Large selection of chocolates and truffles. You can even order hot or cold drinks made to order. Store is clean and neatly organized. Best part is the chocolate fountain near the drinks section.
