Very clean and well equipped, very well managed in all areas.
Large parking with accessibility in both parking lot, front entrance and back entrance and elevators.
Elevators were fully renovated a few years back and their speed was taking into consideration mobility devices.
All building systems are very well maintained. In fact in my last visit, fire prevention team was doing maintenance on the system making sure everything is running ok.

Awesome, we went public skating Sunday afternoon. $6 for the two of us was great, lots of room for getting skates on. Nice atmosphere and not too cold!

Wish wasn't pay parking though! Being on Disability hard to afford especially when running back and forth!
