We eat at Einstein's every Sunday. The staff is awesome and kind. Our order is right and they've tried hard to move the long line of customers in good spirits with accurately and joy. Keep up the good work!

I am very disappointed with the drive-thru, very slow; however, my food is always cold and this morning my Mocha had no mocha and was very watery. I tried over and over, but I doubt I will be going back to this particular location. They have failed too many times. This is my first time writing a review and I always tip because I know it's hard work. But I just can't with you all anymore. You have nice people that work there, but the food and drive-thru really need improvements.

Drive through employee didn’t let me finish a sentence..got both of my orders wrong. Didn’t toast my plain bagel or bacon egg and cheese. Everything was cold. Pretty sure they did it on purpose because i did not tip them for using the drive thru….super unfortunate experience

Right now you cant eat inside per corporate. Honestly it didn't feel very clean, and it felt empty. They should just offer drive through. Food was okay. Not worth the $20 we spent. Would have rather gone to a set down place and had someone wait on us for $15 more. Friendly staff though

I don’t usually leave reviews but my gosh this location needs a new system. The drive through is terrible. I sat 7 minutes before asking my order, pull up and it’s one guy running the whole line, they ask you to tip (I’m sorry, but I’m in a drive thru. You’re doing your job and I’m not paying for a dining experience) and then I get my toasted bagel cold, and the wrong type of bagel. For almost $10, it’s just not worth going.

The bagels are always scrumptious. The staff are kind and friendly. And currently if you do a little survey at the bottom of your receipt you get 6 free bagels. :) Yummy as always!

(Update April, 2019) the new management has this place on point, excellent order accuracy, shortened wait times, and amazing coffee. Keeps getting better. (The restroom was slightly dirty, although a large party had just left, the manager was in the process of cleaning. )

The staff were rude and unhelpful. Even with no dine in customers, they couldn't keep the coffee containers full. My wife and I ordered the nova lox, and we were very disappointed. The cream cheese barely covered the center of the bagel, and each half had one very anemic slice of lox. Having had the nova lox at other Einstein locations, this was truly a letdown.
