I was honest and use it for my Own drink which needed ice cause it was hot then I proceeded to pour my drink in the cup with ice!

I never get both, hot fries and a hot sandwich. It's always one is hot and the other is cold. I don't understand it. For the prices the charge for fast food, your whole meal should be served hot. And you never know if the staff are going to be nice or have an attitude. I don't go there very often any more for these 2 reasons.

I got nuggets. I live 4 minutes from this location. The nuggets were cold and old. As if made way ahead of time. When I bit into them..they were cold and dry. I have never had this problem before.... I'm so irritated.

Place was disgusting. Employees were inattentive & caught up in their own chatty gossiping group, not really paying much attention to customers or cleaning. Lobby was not clean, water all over floor in food pick up area. Soda machines were not working properly, tables were sticky, food on the other hand was pretty good.

For a Wendy's, it's a good one. Quick, clean, good drive-thru. Food is hot and fresh. The recent renovation really works for this location. Only downside would be ease of getting into/out of the location, but that's local traffic flow's fault, not Wendy's.

Very fresh..... hearty portions..... 🍔 Burgers are nice!! Fresh fries and flavorful soft drinks..... because some places I visit aren't sweet enough. Very clean and the staff is friendly.

Rushed through our order at the drive through, should have known better to not check it before we left. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and a Dave's single and got 2 regular chicken sandwiches.

Updated. I gave this place another chance. Bad mistake. 02/21/2021, I got the '2 for $5' in the drive thru; burger and a chicken sandwich. I got to work to eat, opened up the burger wrapper to find a long dark hair sticking out of the side of the burger. I immediately drove back and went inside to get a refund. I had to wait for the manager at the counter to get a refund because she was the only one I could see making food, four other employees literally just standing around; one on his phone. The manager asked for my receipt but I pointed to the two employees behind her and told her they never gave me one. Eventually got my money back, but nasty food and bad customer service.
Sunday night, Nov 8, 2020, I tried ordering the '2 for $5' option listed on the drive-thru menu; which was also referenced by the large banner hanging on the side of the building. The employee told me that promotion didn't start until tomorrow and I couldn't order at that price, I told him it was on the menu but I was just met with silence. I immediately left without ordering any food through the extra lane.
The same night, I used the text contact number on the Wendy's website to tell them what happened. The next afternoon I received a text back from them, "Thank you for contacting the Wendy's Customer Care Team. This text session has ended. Have a great day!". They never even acknowledged or addressed the issue without brushing me off! Right after receiving that text, I used the website again to fill out the longer contact form with the original issue and the issue with being brushed off through text. That was Monday, still no response as of today.
Pre-Covid, the last time I tried dining in, I had to ask for a refund because I had been waiting about 15 minutes for a simple 4 for $4 meal.
