Update for March 2016 - I decided I would try coming back to this location to see if anything had improved. I was glad to see an entirely new staff of employees. The man at the counter was extremely polite, smiled, and my food was provided promptly. It looks like they finally junked the nasty teenagers who only played with their phones. My prior review from 5 months ago remains below. I'm updating from 1 star to 3. I'll increase it to 5 if my next few experiences are as pleasant. Management is non-existent at this location. They don't understand the concept of "Hot & Ready". Wait times are always 20+ minutes. The employees don't care at all. I see people in the back touching their face and going right back to handling pizza dough. Even if there are 8-10 people waiting, the employees will mess around on their cell phones and will take their time preparing orders. It's faster to buy a frozen pizza at the grocery store and heat it yourself than to wait for these guys.

The only good thing about this place is the low price. No drive through. The girl who took my payment (order was called in) looked so depressed she appeared suicidal. There was NO Cheese on about 20% of the pizza (in the center area no less). As I said, the only good thing about this place was the low price for a large cheese pizza ($6.99).

we went to order 3 pizzaz and we got 1 pizza wrong. we were the first ones there and then it started filling up, but we were supposed to wait for 7 minutes, and ended up waiting 20 minutes. we waited even more to get the third pizza correct as well. i like the pizza, but its not worth starving to get.

When I got home I found that the pizza was only about 30% covered in sauce, I called the store to take the pizza back for a new one. Upon arriving back at the store I spoke with the female manager on duty and proceeded to she her that the pizza had no sauce on it. She took the pizza to the back and showed the other female employee preparing the pizzas. They then started making us a new pizza, I watched them through the doorway into the kitchen. The female employee preparing my food did not wash her hands before touching the food, was not wearing food safe gloves, was not wearing food safe gloves she would touch food with her bare hands wipe her hand on her pant leg which was filthy and covered in stains then touch food again and again creating cross-contamination with food, watching this I immediately did not want the pizza that they were remaking. When the female manager brought the pizza back to the front, I explained that I did not want the pizza because of the unsanitary conditions the pizza was prepared. The manager immediately became hostile, telling me that the pizza is cooked in a 400° oven and that would kill off any bacteria on the pizza she also refused to give is a refund in front of two other sets of customers. She stated that was not what was agreed on the phone, and that refunds are against corporate policy. Also she would not do anything other than what was “verbally” agreed upon the phone conversation. She then proceeded to tell me that they have passed with Osha and the state of KS, I explained that none of that mattered and that I still wanted a refund. She told me that there was nothing she could do. I asked her to contact the owner or her direct supervisor she refused to contact either one, after arguing with me in front of the other customers she finally called her superior. In the end her supervisor told her to give us the refund of less than $7.00 cash. The fact that the on duty manager said she didn't have the capability to do a refund, and became combative the instant I said I wanted my money back is poor customer service. I 100% believe in the customer in not always right, but in this case I feel that the manager should have tried to save face with a customer. The fact the she became argumentative over less than $7.00 is ridiculous. Especially when their food was prepared in unsanitary conditions. The fact that the employee preparing my food used less than hygienic cleanliness for herself makes me question the sanitary conditions on what my food was being prepared on.
