Boston Market

We love Boston Market. Their food is always fresh and employees are friendly. It's one of our favorite places to eat close to home. Sometimes we get food here during the holidays. I've never had to wait for more than few of minutes for food. It's next to a shopping center where there are a lot of great businesses. Their turkey is always juicy. Sweet potatoes are delicious. Eating inside is pleasant as well. UPDATE: Had to update my review. This location has taken a downturn. Last visit: no meat (cooking) and bad meatloaf. Three people including myself all had to drive away. Time before this, we had an issue with drive-thru employees snickering in the background with unmuted mics. Mind you they were laughing because we didn’t have prices for things memorized when they’d changed something. This was unprofessional and the manager was mostly unapologetic. UPDATE2: No turkey 8PM at night. Don’t think I’ll try here again.

The food is very tasty and just like home cooking. I love eating there, especially since the prices are lower than other places. I just want the staff to be more friendly, because they make you feel that they are forced to work there or something and just want to finish serving you to go home. so I just end up getting the food to go

Chaotic. Messy. Disrespectful. Distasteful. Usually I love having a dinner with my family at Boston Market, yet tonight was not that lovely. My little sister ordered a salad they no longer have, and Jordan, completely unenthused about anything in life, stared at us blankly and said they don't carry it anymore without offering any alternatives or explaining why their menu said that they still carried it. All the while tension between the coworkers escalated. In fact, Jordan and Mikayla had a little spat in front of us, customers! The young lady, Savannah I believe, had no idea what was going on with any of the food, dishes weren't available for her to use and she was obviously stressed. Not a single person looked happy with their lives. Jordan either completely ignored my mother or has selective hearing, ignoring my mother when she asked about other salad options. On top of the negative, chaotic attitude shared by all employees, the food was awful. Cold unflavored chicken, uncooked potatoes. These people need REAL customer service training. Or in fact, they don't care. Won't be here again.
