Applebee's

Went here with my Mom for her birthday and the food was really good. Everything was made to the picky standards that my dear Mom's health required. The staff was very engaging. The manager was very pleasant and gave us a free large desert for us to share, when finding out it was a birthday meal. Having a quality meal is #1 but having that, with quality service, and with such a great attitude from staff and management (and clean environment) demands a 5 from me.

The staff always seems to be on top of their game; providing a great family friendly environment and costumer service. The food has always been great and prepared to my specifications. Both the dining area and facilities are always clean as well. This location also participates in numerous educational/community fundraisers.

Horrible experience! Had to go in back to find a hostess after waiting 10min when they're not even busy. Got the chicken breast dinner and the chicken was a tiny piece like the kind you get from the freezer section of the store in the bag! Tasted freezer burt, and was raw! The server, Andy, barley served us at all. He was busy eating at the bar with the cook, came over to our table with a mouthful of food he was still chewing as he was talking to us! Very dirty and the manager didn't even apologize, she did comp my chicken meal after I told her I wasn't paying for it. Didn't tell me her name, and acted put out. A very poorly ran place and very gross!!! VERY DISSATISFIED AND WILL NEVER GO BACK! I will be calling corporate on this one! It deserves NOT ONE STAR!

The food was delicious as usual and the service was the same that I have come to expect at Applebees. The restaurant, however, was less than clean. The table top computer, that you use to pay, was covered in grease and fingerprints. The table, menu, and seats were covered in a film that I can only assume was grease. Everything was sticky. I think a bottle of degreaser would do this restaurant some good.

I received a call from two different managers within 3 days of that review. They wanted a chance to make this better. Well...THEY DID! All six of us ordered again and could not say enough good things! The food was delicious! Large quantities! Hot! (Even after driving it back to my office) They made sure every meal went the extra mile with extra dressing or toppings. They added extra steak to my steak salad! The steak was tender and had a good flavor. It was exactly how I have had it inside the restaurant. The chicken salads had plenty of chicken and lettuce. The wraps were packed full of chicken and veggies. One of us ordered the wanton tacos and didn't speak the whole time she was eating because they were so good. The manager specifically cooked our food and took really good care of us. It was super easy! I even called to confirm that one person will pick up everyone's order (5 different orders). They were super friendly on the phone. The issue was the food! I ordered a steak salad. I had 4 pieces about the size of quarter-maybe a little bigger, but not much. The steak was full of gristle as well. There wasn't even enough lettuce to fill the container. My colleague had the same issue with the chicken oriental salad. One of the orders completely opened in the bag and spilled out everywhere. I was extremely disappointed. Those salads cost about $13 and were nowhere close to being worth that. I have eaten in house and it was okay, but curbside ripped us off! I gave 2 stars only because the customer service was friendly when I called before receiving the food.
