I never thought I would give a McDonalds 5 stars! Service from Eric Bolton (If we heard that correctly!) was INCREDIBLE. He was so so friendly and full of light and let us know he saved us some money on our order because they had a special going on for those items! So thoughtful and professional.

Let's face it. I have been to plenty of the McDonald's locations all over the country, but the location I visited yesterday was by far at the very top of the worst restaurants ever. I have never been more disappointed for a couple of different reasons especially given this particular location.
1. I ordered my food at the kiosk and then I entered the flag number so I could be located in the restaurant as I am supposed to do and then i went ahead to pay at the register and went to sit down. Tell me why there was there a grown woman standing at the counter screaming my flag number instead of walking it the 12 feet around the corner to bring it to the table.
2. While eating my cold food I placed a mobile order using my reward points and specified my table number so I would get the table service that I requested while ordering. Nope not this time. Again there as a young man standing at the counter screaming out a number.
3. After waiting the 15 minutes to use a second deal code I then ordered a large fry. The frys were so dark in color and left a nasty taste in my mouth. I didn't have time to complain at that moment because my cab was about to pull up and I needed to use the restroom.
4. The restroom was absolutely disgusting as the photos will show. I could not convince myself to sit down and go. I snapped a few photos and walked out.
As I said earlier I am completely disappointed and very unsatisfied with the service, the food and the cleanliness of the restaurant. I can understand the inability to cater and clean during specific peak times throughout a shift but I happened to be the only customer inside the store for over an hour while I sat there waiting for the cab. To make the whole situation worse 2 different female employees went to the bathroom while I ate before I went in there.
I'm not sure if it was all due to bad management or the lack there of if you ask me or just plain laziness either way there is a serious problem in this store and something should be done about it. As a former restaurant manager myself if I was to walk in to work and witness these issues or had the pleasure of listening to this complaint personally the entire shift would have been fired on the spot. If they don't want to work or don't take pride n the job that they chose to accept on their own then they shouldn't be there. There are many other qualified applicants who want to work and would do it so much better.

If I could give 0 stars...don't bother ordering in the app and expect them to bring it out to you. Be ready to go inside at least twice and have Juan yell at you they're short handed but continue to pay complete focus on the drive thru. Keep in mind my food was already paid for before I arrived. Joke. Customer service and time management is awful.

I’ve been a customer over at this location for years but the robot customer service greeter needs to go. My order has to be explained in so many ways to get my order right and across that I always end up frustrated. Please get someone to take that over. I shouldn’t have to explain 5 times that I want a particular sauce with my order.

Good. It's a McDonald's. My fries were a bit cold. What else can you say? "The Beef Wellington was simply divine?"

It seems to me that when it gets cold curbside doesn't exist even when it does exist. I ordered food this morning as I was running behind I got there and waited in my spot for 20 minutes before I went inside to find my food just sitting on the counter. My food was not hot and no ody would help me get replacements. I had a lukewarm breakfast this morning and for some reason it tasted nasty to me. That level of customer service has been displayed multiple times at the McDonald's on 87th and Grant

It's was what I wanted, but it really not as good as 9ther restaurants, idk what they did differently but I was extremely underwhelmed. Very quick service tho which leads me to think it was just sitting on a warmer or something. Not bad but also there better locations to eat at.

Spent $24 on 2 meals. They're both wrong and cold at 6pm. The guy helping was training a girl and on his phone. Not all McDs are built the same. This one isn't a good one.
