I usually really like the food and have no problems with it but today I finished eating a burger and didn’t realise it until my mum pointed out there was mold on the burger bun. I checked the others and there was no visible mold on them but the one my mum ate. I don't understand how you can still sell this to customers when it's clearly out of date, unless it was just that one.

This is my favourite fast food restaurant around neighbourhood, the fried chicken wings, chicken wrap are soooo good, I would prefer this more than McDonald’s because they don’t have chicken wings.

I've never been disappointed by a Sam's. Always been served beautifully fresh and irresistible chicken and sides at really good prices you can't match elsewhere for the quality. My favourite takeaway in Southampton.

Used to come here a lot, but the chicken is never quite cooked, always red bits in there, no matter what you order.
I gave them the benefit of the doubt for a while, until I saw someone pour what looked like old oil (translucent, off colour) into one of the fryers.

I went to Sam's tonight and the food was amazing! However, the real reason I'd go back had I lived in Southampton is due to the employees. Thank you for your hospitality💯

Sincerly, i was not expecting this quality. I ordered a crispy wrap and it was very good, the chicken was a little crispy and vary tasty, the salad was kinda fresh, it crunchs when you bite it and they put a very nice sauce, a little spicy that closes the wrap perfectly. The price was ok, the potatoes chips were ok, it was clean and the people were nice. If i need to say something bad about the experience, was the tiny place to eat, the tables are quite small, but i think is better than only pick the food, go home an eat it cold. Nice place👍

I Brought 20 wings and got 15 bones basically!!!. I told lady at the counter multiple times can u give me better pieces.Other than little chicken bones but they didn't hear!!

Food has always been good but the customer service is absolutely shocking. No enthusiasm and don't even bother looking to see if a customer is waiting. I've used military discount there before and their policy on that changes from day to day.
The staff need to have some proper training or replaced because this service is a joke.
