Last year, I must admit the service wasn’t that great. But it seems like new management has taken over and it’s been a great experience the past few times I visited this year. Staff smiling and manager always delivering great customer service. Well done for the turnaround Jakes!

Excellent takeaway! Extremely polite and helpful staff. Food was exceptional! I ordered a portion of kebab meat and can honestly say it’s the best I’ve ever tasted. They obviously use the best ingredients. I will definitely be returning when I’m back in the area. 5 stars!!!!!!

Been using jakes for years but lately the chicken hasn't been to crispy. Not shaw if thay change mix of thay nit leaving long anoth. Still nice just needs z little longer cooking

I'm a big fan of this fast food joint. Been going for years. I particularly like the spicy wings here. Get a bunch with garlic sauce all over! I've tried a bunch of stuff of the menu and everything's been decent. I haven't stayed to eat in because I think my clothes would smell of oily fast food. If you need a quick bite and you're nearby check TAKE’S out.

After a disastrous experience with another restaurant being very rude and never receiving my order I tried jakes and they were absolutely amazing the staff were so friendly on the phone and in person when I collected, they were so helpful, never felt like what I was receiving was a personalised experience from a take away before but they were brilliant and the food was lovely, the chips especially! If I'm ever in the area again I would definetely use them again and will be recommending them to anyone I know who lives this way!

It's a lovley little space, plenty of room for social distancing.
Wide variety in their menu, as a chicken lover, there was plenty to choose from. Even if you're not in the mood for chicken, they have other options like pizza.
I had the boneless box. It was very delicious, the chicken was hot and tender, the chips are nice, with just the right amount of crunch. The barbecue sauce I had with it was generously drizzled.
I shall be going here again :)

Chicken is always tender, the pizzas are always amazing, the fries are perfectly crispy. Amazing atmosphere and staff. The seats and stools are perfectly comfortable and is never too busy.

Quick and easy food for when you are in a rush. Their chips is nice and i usually order quarter pounder burgers which always comes out nice and yummy. The staff are nice and friendly. the prices are quite pricey but its how it is. There is always car parking spaces too around it.
