Insomnia Cookies

Heard rave reviews on this place, went to check it out. Some Kayla took my order , she daffy ducked me (spit). Asked her why she wasn't wearing a mask. Only to be met with an illogical excuse. Asked for a manager think her name was Jericho. Who got offensive with me , asked if I'm the health department an told me to get out her store. Cookies are delicious, but won't be back till changes are made.

I absolutely love their cookies/cakes, both for taste and design. In the past I haven't had any troubles with them apart from I really dislike how their communication/contact is setup (literally like calling an insurance company but for food). However, I placed an online order on Sunday for a delivery for my mom's birthday on Wednesday. I accidentally selected the delivery day for Tuesday and realized almost immediately. I called, waited on hold for 20 mins (which wasn't a big deal bc I had time), and when I got to talk to someone, they said they had fixed it and it would be delivered W instead of T. BUT THEY STILL DELIVERED IT ON TUESDAY. I know I made the original mistake but I addressed it promptly and trusted it to have been resolved. The cake will still be fresh but that's not the point. When I called about this, I spoke to someone else, who was very kind and was not directly apart of the mess up but kinda wish I had been offered a discount or something for the mistake instead of it just being considered a "training/coaching" opportunity. I'm a bit bitter about it but not so much that I will never purchase from here again. Wonderful products and imagine things are crazy with the pandemic going on/trying to be understanding still.

Rude customer service!!!!My daughter was in town. She didn't realize that we, Oxford, was under city ordnance to wear face mask inside any business. Nothing on door or in store that says "MUST" wear face mask to enter. And no big deal, the drivers that were in and out was not wearing one, nor the 2 employees sitting in the back on their phones. The guy in front helping the 6 customers in front of her was the only one actually doing anything. Waited for her to stand in line for all of 20 minutes and told her when she reached the counter that he couldn't serve her because she didn't have a mask on. So I was going in to get the cookies, waited 5 minutes on 1 customer, all the while 2 in the back sitting on their phones, 1 driver speeds out from the side street, the other runs inside, still no mask, interrupts, and goes outside. The team lead looks back at me as if I were bothering him......yes, I lost my $#!+......then was told, thanks for the input, but to call corporate. Hope they get the $1000 fine !!!!

Good cookies but flavors are quite limited for a shop that only sells nothing but cookies. I was expecting a wider variety and some unexpected flavors / combinations but everything here is fairly standard (predictable) and a bit overpriced. I enjoyed the warm ice cream cookie sandwich, but I'm not sure it was worth $6.
