DO NOT GO TO IHOP IN OXFORD MS, Jackson ave!!! Several pieces of cardboard came in the chocolate pancakes that I ordered for my son. This is not the first time this has happened to us, at OXFORD, MS. We always find hairs on the food or mistakes in our order but never as terrible as finding paper on all pancakes. We think that over time they would solve the problem but this site on JACKSON AVE is getting worse !! HYGIENE 0

Buddy of mine stopped by this location to order a Colorado omelette. He asked nicely and was polite with his order. The waiter tried to be "fancy" and take his order by memory and messed up the order. It was remade incorrectly ONCE AGAIN with a white cheese sauce he didn't ask for. Then the GM comes to see what happened. He politely explained to her what happened, then she replied with a very nasty attitude. He wanted to make it simple and remove the cheese sauce but she wanted to be argumentative and disrespectful and almost force him to get something he didn't want. That's very disrespectful to a paying customer from out of state. He def WILL NOT come back to this location. Especially if they have this kind of poor management.

Delicious buttermilk pancakes! There was no breakfast included in our hotel room rate this morning and we saw IHOP's TV ad for the All You Can Eat Pancakes with Breakfast Combo, so we decided to give it a try. We were pleasantly surprised - the eggs were cooked perfectly and the pancakes were amazing - soft, light and fluffy! At $4.99 for 2 eggs plus 2 rashers of bacon (or 2 sausage links) plus all the pancakes you can eat - this is an unbeatable deal!

Me and my family will not be going back to this IHOP in Oxford Ms this place is not clean the tables were filthy and the floors are not clean; the food was not cooked properly and the employees and manager has a nasty attitude. We waited over an hour for our food while people came in after us got there food less then 20 minutes. I would not recommend no one to go here I see why the restaurant was not full.
