Went for a mothers day dinner at this place and I've never had a worse experience at a restaurant in my life. We paid 180+ in food and was told there was a 'mother's day sale' where they claimed we could get food for 'all you can eat' as many times as we like. First of all they shouldn't be making such claims when they can't accommodate to it. We tried to order more serving but were told entree can only be ordered once after being told anything off that menu could be multiple times. We paid $42 per person, 3 people in total, for the meal set. Waited over 30 minutes to get three pieces of tiny meat and then an additional 30-40 minutes for the main meal to be served. When we got this the serving sizes were smaller than one serving while in total ordering 3 servings. This place was a complete rip off for the food sizes and what they were claiming. Their customer service is one of the worst with no communication in the team and poor etiquette among all. If they can't accommodate that many people at a given time they shouldn't be taking bookings. Our table was placed near the door and there were people literally standing on top of us while trying to pay or get their take out order because they had taken orders of this many people and didn't have the capacity to fulfil them, got too greedy. Never again will be going here and I just don't understand why people like this place and how it has good reviews.

Aside from the food taking a Ridiculously long time to arrive and got delivered to our table cold. the service was great and food was amazing! We ate in and it was a fairly quiet night so we where expecting to get our food a little quicker but quality does take time. The restaurant was very loud and we had to basically scream across the table for conversation but overall okay experience!

Who said it's a good restaurant? I placed order via Ubereats with my another account worth $41(+) for a Mix Grill. They mixed all with the same flavor. It's hard to chew. A lot of food color and very spicy (ordered as medium), none of us could eat and I got gastro. Never thought it will be like that. A complete waste of money. I can't recommend any more.

Got in the restaurant for dine in with family, not had pleasant experience . Staff who was serving the food was very rude and awful. They should be given proper customer service training on how to talk to people . We had to wind up cancelling the order had never had such bad experience before , we walked out without having dinner and other staff didn't even bother to apologise for the mistake. Please remember every unhappy customer can bring down the reputation of business in the market . Learn from the mistakes and improve your staff behaviour !

Most awful takeaway experience at fine dining price tag. Surely not the authentic Indian food they severed which was stuffed with fiery chilli. When asked if they could bring us some plain yoghurt to mild it down they charged even for that which should have been standard with Biriyani. What a rip off!!! Way too much time in between the meals even though they had more staff members than dinners on a Saturday night but they were too busy going around and being rude. Don't go there. Not worth at all.
