So bad. The place was FILTHY! Bins overflowing, food all over the floors, both in the dining room and behind the counter. Staff were rude and confrontational when they saw me taking photos. Clean the chicken off the floor and there would be no need for photos! Someone even stormed out to question me while i was eating with my son. The oil they were using was old and the tenders tasted like carbon. We could see fryer crust on our chips. There was rubbish all over the dining room floor and tables. Overall so, so bad!!

Will not be ordering from this store again. They have been bad in the past but we give people a fair go. The chicken was so over cooked, it was almost black on the outside & the fibers inside has split. Firstly, who was the cook who decided they were OK? Secondly, who was the person who dished them up thinking they were OK? Who is the manager who let this occur? I wish you good luck for the future. I think you need it.

I'd say they need to fire the manager at this store but clearly it does not have one. I know KFC is what it is and most of the stores are the same, but this one is my local and it burns me 9/10 times, always say I'll never go back but the hope that you might get a decent feed sucks me in. All the 1 star reviews are exactly what this store hangs their hat on. The staff simply just do not care.

I don't often have problems with my order or the food there, staff are friendly, but I'm not interested in eating food prepared by kids with masks around their chins. Would think food safety protocols in general are non existent. I'm not interested in Kentucky Fried Covid or Salmonella. Never ever going back there again.

I came here Friday last week and when I walked in I noticed every. single. table was filthy. out of about 20 tables, every one was filthy to the point where I could not even sit at one. When I went up to order, a guy wearing free dress served me and a girl eating nuggets behind the counter. The zinger burger was literally disgusting with almost brown lettuce and mayo falling out of it. Will not be coming back
