Nice comfortable relaxing atmosphere to have dinner with your loved ones. And with the perfect background music. If I didn't know I was in Carrabba's I might have thought I was in Italy. Food is to die for... Our waitress Jasmine W. was the best server I had in awhile. Thank you Carrabba's Palm Harbor!!

I have been a long time Carrabba's fan, food is consistently delicious. The curbside pickup service, however, was a huge fail yesterday. My online order confirmation said food will be ready by 5:05pm so that's when I pulled up, cars everywhere no one even came up to my car for 15 minutes, and almost 30 minutes past 5 for the order. I rushed home, and of course our appetizers and dinners were cold. Very disappointed, and this long into the pandemic, unacceptable.

Carrabba's is another of our favorite restaurants. This one was the all time best. We started off with Manhattans that were made to perfection. I had the fettuccine alfredo (Carraba). It had the most sauce ever and was made to perfection. My husband had the Pasta Weesie which is another super entree. He was able to get it with gluten free pasta which is a big plus for us. Our waitress was efficient and friendly. She made us feel at home. We can't wait to go back.

The female hostess was extremely rude on 1/31/21 at 4pm. Not only to us but others who came in after us. Probably 20 or more paying customers came from a dance event. None sitting together just enquired about sitting in the same area in a practically empty restaurant. Not only did she act like it was an inconvenience to her she was outright rude. She snapped at our friends as well who came in 5 minutes later after being rude to us. YOUR JOB at front of the house is to be overly kind and courteous. None of us demanded to sit together, we just inquired if it was possible to sit in the same area. It was the simplest of questions and we were met with hostility. Our server Colby was great and the food was ok. I would have asked for a manager and an apology but after seating it was a decent expierence. I might call tomorrow but probably just wont come back. I don't spend good money at places with insulting staff. She should be washing dishes not greeting the people who keep your doors open.

I felt like I was eating at a family member's house. The staff is so NATURALLY mannerful and welcoming. Everyone smiling through their masks just happy to be working and not complaining about work conditions definitely a breath of fresh air now in these days. And you can tell the manager is a great guy he kept my family laughing he is so funny 😍 great store great staff great food 🥳
