7-eleven

Terrible service! My wife made a mistake of checking a mega million ticket that was not yet played. I take the ticket not knowing that to get checked at 7 eleven and the cashier tells me this ticket numbers are not played yet.. I say ohhh ok great! I ask her for for additional 5 more mega million numbers and the no common sense cashier prints me out a duplicate of the old number and charges me for it wth. I don’t realize this till Iam home! I go back and ask her why you print out the same numbers. She had no real response. So I asked her cancel the one ticket and give me my new numbers. No they couldn’t do that! Even had the nerve to say you now have a better or higher chance of doubling your money if you win! Huh.. no you don’t if anything each ticket gets split half and half. What a hassle never again will I purchase anything from there.

I am an Elementary School teacher at, according to data, the most difficult school in Pinellas County, while undergoing a global pandemic. My Scholars are being whisked away,like flies, from me one at a time due to COVID-like symptoms. I can’t look at their desks without breaking out into tears. This job has utterly eclipsed my prior naive, ignorant perception of what my declaration of stress was. On 10.03.2020, at approximately 4:40am, at 7 11, 3398, Tampa rd, palm harbor. while being served by Nolan C. I underwent the most SPECTACULAR, IMMACULATE, and most importantly, ANXIETY-FREE, experiences I have ever had the absolute please of experiencing, in living memory. I suffer through tremendous anxiety. (Iam clinically diagnosed with and medicated for SEVERE anxiety and DEPRESSION). Look, I get it. I’ve been in the hospitality industry for approximately 10 years in the capacity in every FOH position, from Host/Busser back when Bennigans existed to Front of House manager overseeing a 400 seat Monster restaurant ALA the Lucky Dill Deli in Palm Harbor. The intent of my declaration of my prior experience is not to gloat, but merely to demonstrate my first hand experience of how difficult this PROFESSION is. Therefore, I am, admittedly, VERY DIFFICULT TO IMPRESS when it comes to my dine in experiences. NOLAN deserve absolute and utter PRAISE AND REWARD for providing me with the most ANXIETY-FREE, pleasant, IMMACULATE DINING EXPERIENCE I can recount. I am not doing JUSTICE in conveying how utterly and irrevocably grateful I am for receiving such perfect service. PLEASE CALL ME SO I CAN FURTHER CONVEY THOSE FEELINGS. I will be back tomorrow. I went to this 7-11 to grab a coffee, grabbed my coffe and 5 creamers to add in the car. I was in line for a little due to only one employee juggling customers and lotto. I went to pay and put my awards in and gave the employee my $1.07 He says, you know that creamer is extra. what!!!! I thought it was a joke, now if i added it at the coffee station would he ask me at the counter to see if i added milk and how much! I said ok then keep the coffee i’am not paying you extra for 5 creamers that should be free when someone buys a coffee! This store must be private owned! charging people money for creamers! or the employee was trying to make a little money in the side!

Always open and usually pretty clean, I've been shopping here for years. I really have not had any problems with staff and the bathroom is usually clean. The coffee is flowing and cups straws and napkins are kept in stock. Ice machine and microwave in good working order. This us a busy and popular location.

I called this location and after 20 minutes they finally answered. I go here every single day and the guy who answered was appalled that I was calling. (Can’t find my wallet and was asking the most recent location I was at). The person that answered started yelling at me about why would I be calling this store? “Is it against the law for me to not answer the phone” was his response? I said, no? But I’m just asking if you have seen my wallet. What a terrible experience. Imagine someone who provides a phone number online DOESNT KNOW WHY YOURE CALLING? Are you serious! Never going to his 7-eleven location again. Maybe even swear off 7-eleven altogether.

Manager wouldn't refund my money when I bought a broken charger. Won't even come out to talk to me. She sent the employee who is as competent as a box of rocks, and just bold face told me that she can't give me my money back I tried to get other chargers to work and none of them did the job for my phone. I work in the area and see this people regularly. Never going to a 7/11 again for anything if this is how they treat customers
