This location optimizes layout for excellent customer experience during Covid times. There are two access points to enter/exit the restaurant which makes it easy to pick up the salad even during busy times. Salads are great, and customization is possible, although in my experience, the customization requests have often been ignored. Nevertheless, their salads are totally worth the drive, the hunt for a parking spot and the often ignore customization requests. Our go to place at least twice every month!

I just had a terrible experience at the place! The store was empty and the employees started to look into each other fighting between themselves for check who were attend me (I had to asked for it). Than a guy just came and with any accountability came and made the worst salad that I ever saw. I asked him if he was ok because I never received such a thing and he said that yes he was OK. Than other employee complained with me as a costumer once I was doing nothing beyond ask for my salad! I asked him to talk with the manager and he told me that he is the manager... I stay chocked and I'm sharing with everybody so you don't get the risk on buy something and receive another one.... I will make a prayer before eat these because really... Unbelievable!

Used to be my go-to several years ago. Moved back recently and it has a 50-50 shot of being good. Today is a good example: I ordered one of the standard salads from their menu with light dressing and bread. When I got home I found that it was missing *half* of the ingredients, was absolutely drenched in dressing, and no bread. Inedible. At this point it's my fault because this has happened several times over the last few months.

Inconsistent. Can be good, can be bad, depends on who is working. Seems like the later shift has the worse employees, both prep cooks and service, and the place was a complete mess last night. Last night I bit into hard stale rice, large chunks of cabbage instead of nice little strips, and there was something way off with the dressing. But the other week for lunch, everything was just perfect, so it's really hit or miss here. I hope the later shift gets equal pay, maybe that will help. It's the manager's fault, they can easily fix this and step up their quality control.
