The sandwiches here are huge and delicious! You can expect to wait about 10 minutes for your order to come out, but it's well worth it. They also have a great selection of soups, desserts, and drinks. There's outdoor seating with plenty of space and convenient parking nearby. I got the club sandwich and it lasted for two meals!

The quality of the food and the presentation are absolutely fantastic. Taste and texture both exceptional. They could charge a lot more for this caliber of cooking but they don't. The only reason for not 5 stars is the seating area. Very stressful, especially on the weekend when it's busy. You have to wait a long time to find a table on your own, as others are vying for the same tables you are looking to score. Once you sit down, you have other people standing around you waiting for you to go. I noticed a few parties that had a table but not chairs, so they have to stand around the table. One of the reasons for this chaos is that they keep taking orders in the front, even when they don't have enough tables in the back. For their excellent quality, I feel like the cafeteria style seating area is a grave mismatch and a big mistake. The staff are clearly overworked, but they do try their best and always displayed a great attitude, kudos! Tl;Dr - I get that they are trying to serve quality food in an accessible way and reasonable price, but I wonder if it's worth it when everyone trying to enjoy that food are so stressed out. I hope they find their way to make this work, because the food is truly exceptional.

Hidden gem near California Ave and Stanford campus! Decent food and comfortable well-shaded outdoor dining area! We ordered the fat & fluffy French toast and tri-tip sandwich, both delicious, and the French toast is as fluffy as it promised in the name! The outdoor area is filled with plants & some are blooming, really a great place for brunch and get some outdoor cozy time. Would come back again! Got ample parking space here.

I thought this place was super cute and came here on Sunday afternoon with about a 5 minute wait. Good: The service is actually quite fast even though the wait is long. The legal addiction sandwich with dutch crunch was SO GOOD - super huge sandwich with great portion sizes. The flavor was super unique and I actually feel like this was one of the best sandwiches I've had in Palo Alto. Bad: The french toast is not as good in my opinion but the challah bread is super flakey and tasty! I'd still get it in the future, but maybe I'd try a different dessert next time since it's a really standard french toast. Overall really cute place with super good aesthetic and the place has lots of leafy greens too.

So lovely!! The portions are large! And the owner is so attentive and kind. They are super accommodating too. Nick, the owner made the avocado toast gluten free for me. GF toasts are usually smaller, so instead of just one toast, he put the toppings on two pieces of toasts (which is equivalent to the size of a normal toast…which is LARGE). Like I said, the portions are generous. Highly recommend!!!! Will def be back.
