Chipotle Mexican Grill

I ordered a burrito at this restaurant yesterday. I was disappointed to find that the rice was not cooked through. It looked like it was soaked in water and then served. I was planning to tell the staff discreetly about this, but there was a line of customers and I didn’t want to sound negative for everyone to hear. I had to bring the burrito home and recook it before I can eat it. The rest of the ingredients tasted delicious though. I suggest Chipotle pay more attention to their quality control.

Good quality is good, but be ready to spend a long time waiting in line and interact with some employees that could care less about you. I’ve never had slower service in my life or been standing there without anyone acknowledging my presence. This store lacks organization which leads to inefficiency. If your time isn’t important and you don’t care how you’re treated, it’s a good spot.

It’s a Chipotle. You’d think that it’d be the same experience here as at any chipotle, and yet it’s consistently not been that at this particular location for me. I’ve been here multiple times when steak or guacamole is not available, but today that wasn’t the issue. Today not only did I wait for about a minute while no one was in line for employees to talk with each other casually before one said “we should help this person”, but every table was dirty, the floors were covered in food bits (especially under the tables, where napkins, receipts, and utensils were under tables, but even the bench seats had rice on them that I had to push aside to sit. And to top it all off, I got chips, but half the bag had crushed chips that I couldn’t even use to scoop the queso that I paid for. Truly a disappointing experience.

Chipotle in general has very poor / no customer service for catering orders. Tried to customize some orders for people in our group with dietary restrictions, but there was no option online. Tried calling the store over 5 times, but the automated machine that answers says the store can't take my call. Went with another restaurant for my $500 catering order.
