The quality of the ingredients is super low. The tapioca tastes like plastic, basically nothing. Sugar, water, and pre-made tea. I recommend try to find alternative options. Places with more fresh fruit as the main ingredients.

Loved the tea options here! The staff can be a little rude sometimes . Have tried a couple of options and all were good. My favorite is Elegant rose aloe and the summer special peachy tea. Lots of options to choose from and long waiting on weekends after 8:30 pm. But totally worth it!

Can’t adjust ice level, gets this much ice. I’m literally paying for 50% ice. Hard pass next time.

We usually like the flavors here, but last weekend we got 4 drink orders and 2 were missing the rainbow jelly add-on we paid for (the other two drinks were correct, including one that had rainbow jelly). We didn't realize this till we got home and there isn't a good way to reach the business for a fix.

Good drinks. Can choose ice and sweetness level for drinks. Tried the Potted Milk Tea (Oolong Tea with Oreo Crumbles) 50/50 Ice & Sweetness. It was good.

By far the worst T4.... wait wait let me rephrase that, this is the worst Boba tea place we've ever been to. $30 for a drink and 3 orders of their disgraceful interpretation of egg puffs. The egg puffs were extremely soggy even upon immediate consumption. Strangly this location does not serve the taiwainese fried chicken unlike many of their other locations. To all potential patrons you have been warned.

I asked for two LIGHT ICE MILK TEAS and I received half cup of ice in each milk tea. That happens when all associates are laughing and not focusing in their job!!!!
