Fantastic place. The owner and the worker there were beyond kind and very welcoming. I hope I can come backs soon. They have a special Moroccan tea and I requested them to make Moroccan tea with milk for myself and 2 of my accompanying friends and it was great. The hookah was smooth, we got a fresh fruit and hookah always lasts longer in the fresh fruit so keep that in mind and get a fresh fruit. They have a great sense of understanding for hookah and they have Paan flavor with a set of hookah explicitly for paan - that’s great because you get an exclusive paan taste. The decor is nothing like I’ve seen on the west coast and I’m a frequent visitor to hookah sites all around the world. If you’re around, this is the place to go. Just keep in mind that they don’t have food but allow you to bring in food from outside. All in all I was very impressed. Thank you for having us and making it a great experience

I was literally afraid to go there after I read the reviews. However it's not that bad at all, they are running business not a charity so they have to set some rules. The shisha/hookah was really good it costs $25 for one or two persons and plus $5 for the third (in you're sharing). The place is small and cozy. Staff were really nice 👍

We read the reviews before going here and were a little apprehensive about going, but we are very happy we went! The place was easy to find and each area is clearly marked. The owner was very nice, very accommodating, and attentive. There is clearly a method to how people are sat and it makes sense given how the space is set up. It is noted on the menu that only two people per hookah, a third for an additional $5 as well, so something to keep in mind. The drinks and food are wonderful and go great with the hookah. The hookah quality is really good and the flavors are awesome. The overall atmosphere is really relaxing, the music is nice, and it is a great space to just chill. I've been to several hookah bars in various states and I have to say, this is one of the better ones I have been to. We will definitely be going here again next time we are in Palo Alto.

Always come there when we want to smoke and relax. It's the place it's pretty good. The staff is very polite. It gets pretty busy on the weekends. Not always can get a good spot to sit. The disappointment is that you need to take hookah per 2 people. If there 3 people you would need to get additional one. Even if you friend don't smoke and joined you for a company.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Terrible customer service. Loves to make excuses for it. Hookah quality is low grade. Hoses are cheap & disposable and they still charge you for them. Seating is very limited and uncomfortable. Better off buying your own tobacco and relaxing at home. Will NOT be back or reccomend this place to anyone. I can name off plenty of better hookah lounges in the Bay Area that care about their paying customers opinions and try to make them happy. 'So sad!!!'

I come here often; sometimes with my laptop to work, sometimes with friends. Owner did great job renovating, opening tea and coffe shop, and most importantly always very good quality hookah here. You can get a small, regular height and with fruits on top as options. My go to is Mint and mint-watermelon mix.
