The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner. We came for dinner around 7pm on a Sunday evening and the line was pretty long. However, the wait to get a table was about 10-20 minutes and they have indoor and outdoor seating. You get to fill out a small personal menu on what kind of ramen you want. Highly recommend getting an egg and also extra noodles 👍 I am giving 5 stars as I was super pleased with everything from start to finish. The servers were very quick and kind, food came out in a timely manner and was delicious. Definitely coming back here to try others 🙌

Heard a lot about this place so gave it a try. Ordered veggie king with spice level 5 and Red King with spice level 2. We had to ask for extra spice since we didn’t find it spicy enough. We love spicy food so next time we’ll probably go for a level 6 for red king and level 8 for veggie. The flavor was good, ingredients were fresh and was quite filling. What I didn’t like was the thickness of the veggie broth. It is made of cauliflower paste (tasted good) and is rich but not soupy enough. The combo of hash brown with veg ramen was way too weird and it didn’t go well together. I was surprised they didn’t offer tofu as a veg topping. The restaurant is good but i don’t think ill crave to have this ramen again.

The wait was about 40 minutes,but since they have you fill out your order before you get in the food only took 5 minutes to arrive. I ordered the red kind with 11/10 spicy level and it’s pretty good. Could be spicier,but I am an outlier. The pork belly was flavored really well and overall the flavors are there and excellent. I would highly recommend as everything tastes very fresh,it’s very clean and the party in your mouth afterwards will be hanging out for quite a while.

Can’t go wrong with anything you pick here. The broth is so rich and flavorful and the noodles are made just right. Worth the long wait to get in. Staff is really friendly and will explain the ordering process to you while you wait in line. You basically write down your order on this paper while you are in line so when you get seated your order shows up pretty quick.

one of the best ramen i've ever had! 😋 ordered the red king lvl 4 with pork belly & everything was oh so yummy! the soup was flavourful, noodles done just the way we like, & the meat was so tender!! chicken karaage was available today & it was also great! well marinated & crispy! 👍 the place opens only at 5 pm for dinner but the queue starts to form around 4.30 pm, so come early to make it for the first seating 😊

One of the best ramen I have had. Period!!!. I ordered the veggie king ramen with the additional Japanese egg. I ordered spice level of 5 with firm thin egg noodles. The veggie ramen has the base made from cauliflower milk ( not vegan). The mushrooms in the ramen were amazingly delicious. The ramen comes with a MEAN delicious lip smacking hashbrowns ( only available with veggie king). The hashbrowns was perfectly fried seasoned and soft inside with crispy outside. When you come here be prepared to wait in queue for anywhere between 30 minutes to one hour ( depending on the how late you come after they open doors). But the wait is totally worth it. I have been to their other location inside Valley fair mall in Santa Clara as well. The quality is exactly the same there. The person size is filling and the service outs very quick and very professional like a well oiled machine.
