Always a charming place for delicious Indian food with personal, family style service, 3Nutmegs have added breakfast to their repertoire and it is as delightful as hoped. Superb bread and pastries, most of which are baked on the premises, are deliciously tempting. We had the best croissant we’ve had in Auckland and a lovely eggs Benedict with a hint of Masala and Turmeric. Husband and wife Vishal and Sheeta are thoughtful hosts and work hard to enhance the experience of every customer. Open every day except Monday V&S are trialing the concept for a few weeks to test the market before committing to the idea so get down and support them to ensure that we don’t lose this fab new venue in Upper Parnell Road.

A very classy Indian Restaurant, Really enjoyed the overall vibes of the dinning hall as well as the quality & taste of food, portion size could be debatable, but taste wise foods were really well prepared as per Indian palate. Main course slow cook chicken was awesome but fried southern fish tikka was the real deal for me. Will definitely visit again.

We've recently discovered Indian food and the 3 Nutmegs was wonderful! We had the chicken tikka masala and kadai chicken. Both were quite tasty and we were able to choose a spice level that worked for our unique tastes. Watch for their hours before you go. We tried to go three times before we finally had success with a time when they were open.

Some of the best Indian food in the area. You can tell the staff put a lot into each person’s experience. They have done a lot to improve the inside and outside seating - even a great small outdoor garden for a summer beer outside. Can be a bit busy on weekends so call ahead and parking is a bit tricky in Parnell during peak time so plan for that too. Overall very much worth the effort!

We recently moved to Parnell and came to try 3 Nutmegs for the first time. We were very pleasantly surprised and had an excellent experience. The service was great and the team made us feel very welcome. We were able to try a few dishes and all the tastes and flavours were on point. Coming from Canada and Singapore we’ve had our fair share of good Indian food and this place easily meets or surpasses many of the places we frequented elsewhere. In particular the spices and meats all tasted very clean. We will definitely be coming back again!

Probably our third time coming to this place. As always food was excellent and everything was delish. My son especially loved the extra cheesy cheese Naan. Husband and I enjoyed the Punjabi Mixed Tawa Veg. First time to try the Pistachio Kulfi and that topped off the sumptuous meal we had for the night. Looking forward to our next visit 🙂
