Food and service is good. But it's always noisy with teenagers swearing and yelling and running around. Hav gone there different times of day and they always seem to be there and management does nothing.

From the time I placed my order to paying to receiving my order, every person was pleasant and friendly. My French fries were a little cold, but my order was correct.

To be honest I was having a bad night and came to this location and Kavon (I hope I spelled that correctly) was our drive through server and he was so calm, kind, and patient! It literally turned my entire attitude around. True hospitality.

I just wish there was a little more “order” to their two line drive through setup. There always seems to be a lot of chaos and confusion where the two lines merge and I always seem to be behind someone that’s too afraid to stick their nose out and causes a delay.

Every mcdonald I've gone to in the last year has been terrible. But tonight on
4-1-23 at 12:35 top G in the Drive thru did it the best all other McD's should take notes from this man that was true customer service. Thanks

I have ordered the Big Breakfast here several times. It has always been great except for this last time. They did not give enough butter or jelly for my English muffin. Nor did they include enough pepper. Lots of salt though...( I don't salt anything). By the way...each time, they always include a pkg of honey, even though I never order the pancakes. They don't need to waste their condiments.

At 9:45 pm at the drive through I had a great experience with two of you employees that stool pride in their work , answered multiple questions and with sincere interest provided complete customer satisfaction. Positive energy and enthusiasm which is absent in the majority of most retail operations post Covid 2020. Thank you! Keep up the great work and and one day you'll probably own your own storefront!

I ordered breakfast here this morning. When I went inside the place was clean and welcoming. Even though there was a long line on the drive-through, the kitchen theme to be efficiently running with no problems. I had my order taken by Niffa, and she did a great job. She definitely adds positivity to the store with a smile on her face and an easy-going way about her. Her manager should let her know that she’s doing a good job.

McDonald's is always a great place to go when you're hungry.This particular time,we had an interesting experience. We had placed our orders and were in the process of getting our drinks when a fire alarm went off.The manager came out and said everybody had to go outside. At least it wasn't raining. After a while we filtered back in and went to a table.The manager brought us our food and apologized for the inconvenience.

We come to this McDonald’s from a few towns away, beats our hometown Mcdonald’s ANY DAY!
Their fries are always fresh and their food is above quality for McDonald’s! We make a special order due to an allergy and sometimes they get it wrong— BUT they are always ready to fix the issue!
Special thanks to Krystal at the window and the rest of night-crew (the night manager runs a fine team)! Thank you, you do more for us than you know!
