Manor House Hotel & Restaurant

Very nice hotel. Beautiful grounds with a huge garden you can enjoy drinks in, only had breakfast but the food was very good and staff very friendly and helpful, only minor gripe was there was no blind on the skylight In the chalet I stayed in and the curtains didn't block any light so as sun as It got light I was wide awake, a complimentary pair of eye shades would have been sufficient. I highly recommend this hotel.

Family run hotel. Accommodation is large chalets at the rear of the property. Breakfast is ordered bia a.number they leave in your chalet. Food is served in the conservatory at the rear of the building and is highly recommended, i met the owners two sons on my visit and they are very friendly and helpful guys

Just back from a lovely 3 night stay - really friendly owners and a lovely clean hotel. Stayed in a chalet - loved it - small private patio so you could sit out and not feel like you were in a room. The breakfast was delicious and varied - stacked pancakes and strawberries - didn't eat there at night but I believe a few people did . Set in v. nice grounds would go again.

Lovely little place. Stayed for 3 nights due to work. Pedro, was an absute gent, was met by his wife quite late on arrival, no problem at all an nice friendly welcome. A nice full English breakfast in the morning and the evening meals were tasty and good value. Next time I have work in Cardiff I will be staying here for sure, thank you.

Very impressed with the manor house. Needed a room for one night before a friends wedding in Cardiff. No rooms in hotel so booked one of the chalets around the back of the hotel. Staff couldn't be any friendlier or more helpful. Room and hotel was clean and well presented if not a little dated. Great garden and play area for kids. Breakfast was good and food in the bar was good quality pub food, reasonably priced and good service. Would recommend based on my experience.

A lovely warm welcoming hotel, all the staff were cheery and accommodating. I asked for an early breakfast for us and although they had a very busy day and night before with a wedding they made us a full breakfast with a smile. The bungalows are fab, spacious and even a small private back garden. Well worth a visit 😁

We received a very warm welcome on arrival from the staff. This is a family run business and they make you feel very at home. The rooms were very clean, fresh and well equipped. Our room had a patio door leading out to a small patio area. Evening meals are available in the bar. The bar has outdoor seating and a small children's play area and a well kept garden. Breakfast is a choice of self service yoghurt, orange juice, cereals, toast and a full English breakfast cooked to order. Washed down with a pot of tea or coffee. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will return. A highly recommended venue.
